If there are multiple people involved in your company's interview process, you can easily add each interviewer to a calendar invite sent through CareerPlug.


To add another manager to an interview invitation, follow these steps:

On the Applicants tab, click Schedule under the Interview step.

A pre-written email will appear.  Click the CC/BCC link to open those fields.

Now, provide any other user whom you'd like to CC (the applicant can see that this person was added) or BCC (the applicant cannot see that this person was added) on the interview invitation. After you enter an email address, click Enter on your keyboard to add the email. You will need to repeat this process for each email address.

Once you have finished adding your other managers, click Send at the bottom of the message.
