To turn off your own or your employees' email notifications from CareerPlug, you will need to edit the appropriate user. Navigate to Account > Users at the top right corner of your screen.  Note: only admin users may edit users in CareerPlug.

Account Users

On the Users page, locate the user for whom you would like to turn off notification emails. If that user is you, locate your own user record. You can use the search box in the top right corner to search for the user on your account if you cannot locate them quickly.

Once you locate the user, click their name to edit the user.

On the following page, scroll to the 'Notifications' area. Click this heading to open the notification settings for this user.

Click the red Turn off All Applicant Notifications button that appears.

When you click to confirm you want to Turn Off notifications in the resulting pop-up window, notifications will be disabled.
