You can change which applicants are visible on your Applicants tab by selecting different hiring pipeline steps or by sorting and filtering your applicants with the options at the top of the page:

To view only applicants who applied to a specific job:

If you want to only view applicants for a particular job, click the All Jobs button on the top left of the Applicants tab. In the drop-down menu, select the specific job you would like to view and click Apply to apply the filter. To again view applicants from all jobs, go back to the drop-down menu and click the blue 'See all jobs' link.

To view both active and inactive applicants:

By default, the Applicants page will show only Active applicants — applicants who have not been removed from the hiring process — unless you changed your default filters. Learn about changing your default filters: I don't like the default Applicants page filters. How do I set my own defaults? To view both inactive and active applicants, click the More Filters button, then scroll to the Applicant Status section and select 'Show All Applicants.' To save, click Apply Filters.

To change the way applicants are grouped and sorted:

Use the Group By and Sort By options to change how your applicants are arranged on the page. The default options are to group by Job Name (all applicants to a job posting are listed together) and sort by Application Date (New to Old). To see all of your most recent applicants, regardless of which job they applied to, change the Group By drop-down to 'Do Not Group.'

To view applicants you've marked as a 'favorite':

To quickly save applicants for future reference, click the star to the right of the applicant's name to add them as a favorite applicant. Favorites will be viewable under a Favorites tab filter at the top of the Applicants tab.

Searching for an applicant:

To search for a specific applicant by name, click the search icon at the top right of the page, enter the applicant's first or last name, and click the magnifying glass to the right or hit 'Enter' on your keyboard to initiate the search. To search for the applicant by recent job title, recent employer, job posting name, zip code, application date, or other information, use the 'Advanced Search' link below the search box.
