For security reasons, only admin users can change other user's email addresses.

To update a user's email address, navigate to Account > Users in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Next, click the name of the user whose email address you would like to change.

Editing a user

Locate the email field. When you click within the email field and begin to edit the email address, you'll notice a new field will appear under the email. Once you have finished typing the new email address, you will need to enter the password you use to log into CareerPlug (not the employee's password) into this field.

Updating a user's email

Once you have entered your password, click the Update User button at the bottom of the page.

If the user also needs to reset their password, please note that for security reasons, you cannot reset their password for them. After you update the user's email, click on the user's name again, and then click on the Send Reset Password link at the top of the screen. A secure link to reset their password will be sent to their new, updated email.
