Once you have established mutual interest with a candidate from your Resumes page and would like to begin moving them through the hiring process and send them an assessment invitation, you can transfer the candidate directly into your Applicants page by following these steps:
  1. On the Resumes page, find the candidate you would like to transfer to your Applicants page.
  2. Click on the Move to Applicants link.
  3. Choose the job to which you would like to transfer the candidate and click Go.

Once this is done, you can find the candidate on your Applicants page. They will be considered a new applicant to the job to which you transferred them. If you are having trouble finding the candidate on the Applicants page, click the magnifying glass icon on the top right of the Applicants page to search for the candidate by name.
