You can customize the Personality Assessment for each job you post by selecting specific categories on which to assess applicants.

To Customize the Personality Assessment, follow these steps: 

  1. When creating or posting a job, ensure the box next to 'Personality Assessment' is checked under the Assessment section.
     
  2. After selecting the Personality Assessment, you will have the option to choose the individual categories that are most important for a successful new hire for this job. You can choose as many of the 13 competencies as you would like, although the more you select, the lengthier the assessment will be for any applicants. For more information on an individual assessment competency, click the 'Learn More' link for each category.
     
  3. If you would like a reference point for how to evaluate an applicant's results, you have the option to benchmark current employees' assessment results. You need to select which employees you would like to use as benchmarks under Benchmark Employees.
