If an applicant lets you know that they can't complete the Personality Assessment, you have three options:

1. Ensure that you have the Personality Assessment selected on the job to which the applicant applied. If there are no assessments checked on the job, you can't invite people who apply to that job to take the assessments.

2. Ensure you have Personality Assessment categories selected on your jobs. If you are using the Personality Assessment, you must select at least one category upon which to assess applicants.

3. Check whether the applicant has already completed the Personality Assessment. If an applicant has already completed the Personality Assessment, they cannot take it again without you resetting their score (which is not recommended).

To check whether the applicant has already completed the assessment, locate the applicant on your Applicants page and determine if there is a numerical score in the Assessment step of their hiring workflow.
