The short answer is yes, you can! There are two ways to have someone else receive emails about applicants: add that person as a user to your account or adjust the notification settings on a specific job. If the person who should be receiving emails about new applicants should have the ability to send the applicant emails and interview them, you should add them as a user to your account. If the person should just be able to review applicant resumes but not have any contact with the applicants, then you can adjust the notification settings on a specific job.

Add the person as a user on your account

To give someone access to applicants and set them up to receive emails about new applicants, add that person as a user. Navigate to Account > Users at the top right of your screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the New User button.

Make sure you set the user's first name, last name, and email address correctly. Give the user the appropriate level of access to CareerPlug. If they should be able to access applicants, they should get either limited access, full access, or admin access. If your account uses locations, you need to type the locations to which the user should have access in the Locations field. Having access to a location means that a user can see the applicants who apply to jobs posted in that location.

The user's default notification settings are to get a daily summary email of all new applicants to which they have access. Adjust the frequency of new applicant emails and other notification settings as you wish. More info: How do I manage my notification settings?

Click the Create User button at the bottom of the page. 

This user will now be emailed a link to set their password to log into CareerPlug. They will also get daily emails about new applicants. They will be able to log into CareerPlug and communicate with those applicants.

Adjust notification settings on a job

This option is best when you have an employee who is not a user on your account who you only want to be aware of new applicants, not communicate with them.

If this is the case, you will need to edit each job for which the employee should get emails about applicants.

On your Jobs page, click the name of a job which you want to edit. Scroll to the Notification Settings area. Click the link that says 'Need to send new applicant notification emails to someone else?' and enter the person's email address in the field that appears.

Click the Save Job button at the bottom or top of the page.

This person will now get emails about new applicants but will not have the ability to log into CareerPlug or communicate with those applicants via CareerPlug.
