If you can't post a job, someone on your account with a higher level of access than you likely needs to simply make a quick settings change. Here are quick fixes for each of the situations you might be in.

1. If you don't see a Jobs link in your navigation or a Post a Job button: You don't have the correct level of access to your account. Contact someone who works at your company who is an administrator on your account. They need to edit your access level by navigating to Account > Users and editing your user information. More info here: How do I change a user's access level? If your company hires in multiple locations, make sure that the administrator on your account adds you to the correct locations as well. More info: How do I give my employees access to the locations they manage and the applicants they should be able to see?

2. If you can click the Jobs link in your navigation, but you don't have a 'Post a Job' button: You have the right level of access, but you don't have access to any locations. Contact someone who works at your company who is an administrator on your account. They need to either edit your account's locations by navigating to Account > Manage Areas > Locations and add you to locations or edit your user information from Account > Users and add your locations there. More info: How do I give my employees access to the locations they manage and the applicants they should be able to see?

Some clients who have been with CareerPlug from the very beginning (thank you!) may use an old pricing model which sets a limit on the number of jobs posted. If you believe this might be the case, contact us using the 'Contact Support' link above, and we can help.
