To change your login email or password, follow these steps:

  1. At the top right of your screen, click Account, then My Profile.
  2. Find the Email and Password fields and enter the desired changes. If you wish to change your password, you must enter your Current Password as well the new password in both the Password and Retype Password fields. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long, include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a symbol, and a number.
  3. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Reset Your Own Password

If you are locked out of your account due to a forgotten password, simply click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the CareerPlug sign-in page

Enter the email associated with your CareerPlug account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

When you visit this link, you will be asked to enter your new password twice. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long, include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a symbol, and a number.

After you enter your password twice, click the Change My Password button.

Change Password

Each time a password reset is requested, an email is sent with a link to reset the password that contains a unique token. Be sure that you click the link in the most recent email with the authorized token to reset your password. If you get an error message that your reset password link has expired, simply go to the CareerPlug sign-in page and click 'Forgot your password?' to get a new email and link.
