1. On the Applicants tab, select the applicants you would like to contact using the checkboxes to the left of the person's name.
2. A top banner menu will appear at the top of your web page. Select Send Email Invite.
3. In the next pop-up, select which email invite template you would like to send from the drop down menu. You may also preview the email template from this pop-up. Once you've confirmed the template to be sent, select the Send button.
*Note: The feature to send emails to multiple applicants at once is NOT supported when selecting multiple applicants from separate job postings/hiring workflows.*
