There are two reasons an applicant’s profile may include an assessment score, even if you did not manually send them an assessment:
  • Fast Track Candidate: If the candidate is a Fast Track Candidate and your account's settings are set to send out assessments automatically to Fast Track Candidates, then the applicant likely received and took the assessment.
  • Scores Imported: If the candidate took a CareerPlug assessment previously for another company and used the same email address, the scores will be imported when the candidate applies. You can identify these applicants because "Imported" will appear above their assessment scores. If you would like to have the applicant take the assessments again for your company, click the 'Reinvite' link on the Assessment step of the hiring process to reset their assessment scores and resend the assessments to the applicant (Note: We do not recommend doing this).
