By default, CareerPlug will group your Applicants tab by Job Name and show 25 applicants per page. If you don't like these settings and you find yourself changing them often, you can set your own defaults from the bottom of your My Profile page.

Navigate to the My Profile page by clicking on the Account tab.

Scroll down to Default Applicants Page Options. There are many different options for customization, such as grouping by Job Name, sorting by step in Application Process, sorting by Application Date, and changing the number of applicants per page.

After you save your defaults, your Applicants tab will now be filtered the way you specified each time you log in, without you having to manually change the filters. If you do manually set a different filter on the Applicants tab, once you clear it, the page will go back to the default settings you specified on your My Profile page.
